At West Coast Findings, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases!

If for any reason you are not, please do contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

RETURNS

Some items are final sale, no returns: cut chain, solid gold, finished earrings (hoops/studs), sale/clearance items.

Contact WCF prior to returning any eligible items. Upon approval, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in all original packaging, and in original condition. Buyers are responsible for postage costs to return items. Shipping fees paid on the purchase of the items will not be refunded. If the seller (West Coast Findings) upgraded your shipping, any costs for shipping may, at the discretion of WCF, also be deducted from the refund amount.

SHIPMENTS NOT ACCEPTED/PICKED UP BY PURCHASER

If the buyer does not accept delivery of the parcel for any reason and it is returned to seller by the shipping company, the buyer is responsible for those shipping costs as well, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The return amount is dependant fees charged by the carrier.
